seller who sells counterfeit Chanel
I ordered Chanel which I think is counterfeit. It was expensive and I want my money back. Does Ebay aloow sales of conterfeit items?

Mentor10 months agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller must either accept the return, provide a prepaid return label and fully refund you once the item is received back or just refund you and not require a return. This is the sellers option. If the seller has not accepted the return within three days of opening the case you go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in". eBay will then force a refund from the seller.

Go to your Purchase History
Find the item
Select "Return this Item" from the dropdown (if there is no big blue button)
or use this page to find the item

Use the Reason "Appears counterfeit"
The seller will be required to send you a pre-paid return label - or they can opt to just refund you without return (their choice, not yours)
If they do not send a return label, you can ask ebay to step in on the 4th day after you open the return.
Once the item is returned to the seller, they will have 3 days to refund you in full. If they do not, you can ask eBay to step in on the 4th day after delivery.

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection that covers a Buyer if they receive an item that is not as shown in the listing.
If the item was delivered 30 days or less ago, you can open an Item Not as Described refund request. If it's been more than 30 days, you could try to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
