Seller who refuses to contact me or refund purchase price for undelivered items
I am a Ebay seller who adheres to all policies and makes every effort to contact my buyers if they have question or complaints. Then I fix it. I purchased from yummy-04 two rolls of US postage stamps back. on Feb 5th of this year and paid promptly. Never arrived. I attempted to contact him, no response. I let it slide between messages and tried again the other day when my daughter asked me if I had ever gotten the stamps. Now Ebay says I have waited too long to ask to ask for their assistance with this buyer. My mistake for expecting this seller to respond with my order or a refund for lost order.
I have had great dealings with all sellers I have worked with in the many years I have been an Ebay seller/buyer myself. Anyone ever had a similar experience with a seller? What did you do? Did the seller in default respond to you? Ebay help you?

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from latest estimated date of delivery. Since you let it expire, your other options would be to file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your funding source that you used to pay for the item.
