Seller who is using another name selling the same product

I had purchased an item from supposedly two different sellers. Turn out it was the same item, all the way to the kind of pouch that the seller had used to put the item in. I even have the envelope with the different names, but has the same city. Has anyone dealt with this and how to let the seller know. I was charged for both items, but it has to be the same seller. Not right.

@ntelizyn5000 Sellers are not supposed to create duplicate listings on different user ID's but it does happen. The sellers also may be drop shipping from the same supplier.

You said you paid for and received both items. Even though they were from the same seller I am not sure exactly what the problem is. Is there an issue with the product?
