Seller was dishonest, what should I do?
I purchased a vintage kenner Star Wars figure from a seller. I was told that the figure had never been opened and was in mint condition. When I received the figure I found that it had been resealed and the figure in the bubble was covered in a brown sappy material. None of this was viewable in the photos that were posted. There was nothing mint about the figure. The figure came from over seas and in addition to what I paid for the figure I had to pay a 100 dollars to receive the item from UPS. I've asked eBay to step in. I'd like to keep the figure but feel I should be refunded a certain amount from the seller since he deliberately deceived me. Any advice from the community would be greatly appreciated.

eBay cannot force the seller to offer a partial refund.
If you opened a return and have now asked eBay to step in, they will either instruct the seller to send you the money to pay for the return shipping (if the return must go overseas), or send you a return label; or they may decide to refund your payment. It often depends on the value of the item.
