Seller was charged twice for a shipping lable?

Question

I must have printed two instead of one shipping label. Is it that I have 30 days to ask for a refund for that extra label charge? And if so, where do I request this information at? Searching for answers on how to contact someone is not easily accessible. Email customer service is where? Just an email, not the run around. Thanks in advance.
