Seller warranty not honored
How do you deal with a seller who refuses to honor a warranty posted in their listing, months after the return window has closed but well within the advertised warranty?

Mentor2 weeks agoSellers do not warranty items only manufacturers do. Sellers can only help with warranty issues if they are an authorized dealer for the manufacturer. Sellers place the manufacturers warranty information on the listing but cannot be held responsible for the warranty if they are not an authorized dealer. You will need to contact the manufacturer to see what help they can give to you.
