Seller warranty
I bought one fountain pump and bought one more later both of pump stop working so I send a request to the seller to send me the address to ship the two pumps. He calls back and said one pump is under warranty and other pump will cost $200 to repair so I ask that would that be possible to repair the warranty pump and use my core as a shipping expense and then he agreed but it’s been more than one year and I been sending him messages but no respond. Last email he admit that he has a core from me for $85.00 and nothing else. This seller is still active and doing business selling pond water fountain
plz help because he doesn’t care about customer service.

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately, ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt. It's even too late to file with Paypal as they only allow a case for up to 180 days from date of sale, and you are past that as well. The same with most credit cards if that is how you paid.
