Seller wants to cancel my order and refund my money
I purchased an item ,money was transferred ,waiting on shipping. Then received a message from seller, suggesting they were unable or unwilling to ship the item and wanted to refund my money. What should I do?

·2 years agoI wouldn't do anything.
If the seller wants to cancel the order, they can cancel it as out of stock and refund.
If they don't ship, you'll file an Item Not Received case for a refund.

Mentor2 years agoTell the seller to do what she has to do. The seller will receive a defect for the cancellation for Out of Stock. It sounds like she wants you to agree to the cancellation so she can select Buyer Requested, and therefore not get a defect recorded on her account.
