Seller wants to cancel
I want to cancel the sale. The buyer paid. I am trying to contact them to get them to cancel the purchase. There is no response and now I can’t contact the buyer. It just says something went wrong.

Mentor2 years agoYou sold the shoes at a starting price that YOU set up. Now you need to complete the sale as you agreed to do when you listed the item.
As already advised, buyers cannot cancel transactions, only sellers can. When you do, you can earn a defect on your seller account which could end your selling career if you earn too many of them. Misrepresenting the reason for the cancellation can also be reported. Earning negative feedback is a possible consequence as well.

Buyers cannot cancel their orders. Only sellers can cancel the transaction.
What is the reason why you want to "cancel the sale"? Ebay frowns upon sellers that cancel transactions.
