Seller wants refund but damaged item
I sold an iPhone and buwasn’t happy because battery was gonna need to be replaced. They also damaged screen. I offered partial refund so they could get battery but declined and shipped. I can’t resell because of the screen being damaged. Case isn’t closed yet but can’t find option to get eBay involved and they always help the buyer instead of protecting me. What can I do
