Seller wants me to close return request return request

Seller wants me to close return request on damaged product they want to handle it but it’s took 7 days and a refund request to get them to want to talk about return they would reply with similar request on the damaged item but it was one message a day then wanted more information sent it to them then no response for a day then request a refund through eBay now they want me to close it and then they will send me refund

Do NOT close the return request. If you do, there is a likely chance you will never hear from them again.

If it has been at least 3 business days from the date you filed the Return Request, you should ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
