Mentor2 years ago@chuck-7815 A seller can not refuse a return for a damaged item as long as it's within 30 days of the date of delivery for most items and 3 days for trading cards. You just need to file the return request and ask eBay to step in on the 4th business day. Contacting customer service will not change this time line.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
