Seller violating eBay TOS
A seller on a recent purchase has violated ebay's terms of service by asking me to make a payment to them outside of ebay's normal purchasing system to "avoid custom duties" on the order. They messaged me via ebay about this and are apparently holding up processing my recently competed order until I pay them these extra funds. I need to speak to a live agent about this. I've repeatedly tried Help & Support but can't get beyond the automated system to speak or chat with a live agent.

OP1 week agoI used your link to report the seller. I guess now I'm waiting for a response. Will that happen via the ebay Android app I'm using or email? Sorry I'm clueless about this. I'm also fearful because the seller is in China and I'm worried I'll lose my money for a smartphone that may never be delivered or if delivered won't match the sales page description. I should've known better than buying a product listing China as the seller location. At least I'm smart enough not to pay them more money after the purchase in order to deliver my purchased product, as they requested.
