- Your eBay Account must match the Checking Account name - First Middle Last
- Your profile address must be a street address. (Your shipping address can be different)
- Make sure your email address and phone number here are marked "verified"

Scroll to the bottom of the page, then
1) Click Contact Us
In the CHAT WINDOW:
2) If needed, click "See More" in the chat window
3) Click "Contact an Agent"
4) Click “Have Us Call You†or “Call Us†or “Chat with an Agentâ€
