Seller used my info to order from somewhere else and I've been billed by them
I purchased an item on eBay. A few days after I received it, I got a bill (for an even larger amount that what I paid the eBay seller) for the item from Montgomery Ward. It seems like the seller used my personal information to place the order with Montgomery Ward. I'm filing an identity theft report with the FTC to contest the Montgomery Ward bill, but I'm not sure what steps to take with eBay. I don't see any instructions for this specific type of scam. Any advice?
