seller used bait & switch tactic
I paid $16 for a baseball card, a month ago. I just got the card in the mail today. The seller fraudulently sent me the cheaper "base" card, instead of the "image variation" card (more valuable) he photographed in his listing. he must be a used car salesman by day. His motivation for committing fraud? that particular image variation card has skyrocketed in value since it's release over a month ago. It's clear to me, the seller held on to my purchase, saw the card's value increase significantly, then shipped me the cheaper base card. what recourse do I have against a sleazebag like this? thanks
