Seller unresponsive
I purchase an item (last March, well over 90 days ago) and he sent wrong item as he claimed he didn't have what I ordered. But he said it was coming, and to wait. Nothing for months, and to this day he still list item on ebay. I finally asked for refund. And now he's always "working on it".
Bait and switch? I don't know, but am I out the money I spent?

Mentor1 month agoAccording to the Ebay Money Back Guarantee for buyers, you had 30 days from estimated date of delivery to file a Return Request.
Since you waited too long, you can try to contact the funding source you used to file a charge dispute.
Never let a seller stall you beyond the time frame for being able to file a dispute through Ebay,
