Mentor2 years agoIf the item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History and there is no tracking showing progress in your directly, you can file an "item not received" case with eBay the next day.

If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days ask eBay to step in and refund you.
