OP4 months agoI have not accessed eBay or checked my email account that I created for the eBay. Today, I noticed that someone purchased the item I listed a while ago. The buyer now wants to cancel the purchase because I have not shipped the item. The eBay sent the email to me saying that I can no longer cancel this order because I did not reply to the buyer within 3 days… do I need to ship the item in order for me to cancel?

You can go to the sold item and select Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the item on this page >

EBay will refund your sellers fees.
The refund will come from your back up payment method for selling costs in account settings.
I recommend using a credit card to float the refund
Once the buyers refund reaches their payment method their original payment is released to you.
