Seller unable to provide item purchased but didn’t refund all my money
I purchased an item and seller after over a week finally said they didn’t have item. They offered an alternative item but I didn’t want something different,so requested refund. They refunded less than half of what I paid. How can I get through eBay’s automated system to get complaint lodged?
