Seller Unable to make returns!
I'm a seller unable to make refunds. I follow all the instructions but when i push the correct button I just get a spinning blue deal. The first was simple. Customer ordered, I couldn't find & tried to refund money, tried to cancel. When that didn't work I asked CUSTOMER to say HE wanted to cancel.... That also didn't work!.
My other 2 examples were more complicated. When I customer wanted to add another item to something she'd already bought. I told her make a new order with both items & that we could cancel the first order. I sell low cost items so with rate on lightweight items costs so much more than the product it was the smartest thing to do. But then I couldn't cancel it.
On my first problem a customer made 3 separate orders therefore paying 3 times more in SHIPPING than was needed. I told her I would be sending all 3 items together but I would CANCEL one of the items since she had paid way too much. But I did say... if Ebay ASKs you if you want to cancel, please say yes.... Somehow I'm wondering if eBay ai had anything to do with my problems.
I DID ask eBay FB & was told there was a current problem with
"We actually currently have a technical ticket opened for this as other sellers have been experiencing the same. We would be more than happy to add your information to that ticket. Before we can help you, we need to verify your details. " & then I didn't want to give them details because both Messenger & Facebook aren't as trustworthy so I stopped... When I tried again the link didn't work.
