Seller trying to scam me
Dear eBay. I have for now sitiation with scam seller. I paid for iphone 16 pro max = https://www.ebay.com/itm/226866227686
1. After payment i aksed the seller to provide me SERIAL number or IMEI of this phone. He just ignored me. Tracking available was in a few minutes 9402108106245059527174 on Jul 14 but he shipped the package only Jul 16..... But seller just a lair - on Jul 15th he told me IT'S already shipped! But no! 2. He sold this phone later a few times more! On 17 and 18 Jul. Just check his seller history. There his another lisitng was = https://www.ebay.com/itm/226872169167 and https://www.ebay.com/itm/226868301207 . Screenshots attached.
3. He shipped me just the case from the phone. No any phone!

Open a return request citing “item not as described.â€
Follow the process for the refund.

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Doesn't match description" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
