Seller Trying to Get Me to Change a Negative Review
In an attempt to get me to change my review, a seller is threatening to reconsider refunding me on a returned item. The reason I purchased from him is because he offers reviews. Upon receipt, I discovered that the product is counterfeit. I'm new to eBay. Is this normal?

Mentor8 months agoYou have 60 days in which to leave feedback. Leaving feedback is the last thing you do after attempting to file a returns request. Have you filed a returns request for Item Not as Described? You can report the seller if she stated she would not refund because of the neg. That is extortion.

OP8 months agoThanks so much for your reply. This seller subsequently called me on the phone and continued to try to have me change my review,
telling me that he would refund me immediately instead of me having to wait 20 days for my refund to be processed. At this point I had enough and did indeed report him. I’m new to the platform and am naive to its processes. However at this point it felt like harassment and extortion as you stated.
