Seller trying to charge me extra for shipping.When offered free shipping
I purchased three items from a seller and now he's trying to charge me $23 for shipping when he offered free shipping to begin with.

Mentor10 months agoThat seller is in the wrong to ask you to pay more for shipping. The fact that you bought three Things from his/her listings does not matter.
Simply stated: when an eBay listing says Free Shipping, the Buyer is not supposed to pay anything for shipping.
Not according to eBay's policies and procedures.
You are within your rights to refuse to pay any more money. Not even 23 cents, let alone 23 dollars.
However: You may want to ask yourself how badly you need or want those Things.
Is it worth $23.00 for you to pay that extra money to get those Things?
On the other hand, though -- do you want to reward that seller by paying extra when he/she really should have realized he/she would have to pay the shipping charge from his/her own pocket? That could encourage him/her to try to pass shipping costs off to other unsuspecting buyers.
You are allowed to refuse that (improper) request for $23.00.
If you do, eBay will refund you completely, in the amount you paid through eBay.
