Seller trying to back out after payment
Aloha. I bought a couple records. I conversed with the seller beforehand. One item was listed, the other he had not listed yet. I asked for pics and description. I agreed to buy both for $75. He took down the ad for the one listed and then issued an ad for the the two combined. He asked $100 but told me he would accept my $75 agreed on price, which he did. 30-45 mins later he messages me saying he feels I was making the sale sketchy so to speak. The truth is he undersold his records. So he messaged me that i need to call ebay and cancel the sale for a refund, he tried and couldn't. I said no way Jose. He made the deal and the purchase was made. Now what?

Mentor11 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
