seller transaction defect
I was shipping a tiny charm and took it out of its protective envelope to inspect it (I always do this as a way to catch anything I could possibly missed while describing imperfections) and it slipped out of my hand and went into my couch. My couch has a recliner feature and the charm must be wedged inside. There is a single place where if you drop something it can slip inside to the mechanism part of the recliner. I can't retrieve it--I've tried-my husband and I even moved a bunch of our other furniture so we could flip the couch. We are seniors and not strong enough to do much more. So, I cancelled the order. How will this affect my seller rating???
