Seller took $$$ without my okay to purchase
Seller took payment without my okay. That's fraud in my book. Have you had that problem? What did you do to get a full refund?

Mentor2 years ago@jami23tarlton. Sellers can't just take your money. Did eBay require you to provide a payment method before making an offer or bidding on a auction?
If they did then when your offer is accepted or you win the auction then the payment method you provided is charged.
