Seller took money but wont send item
Hello I'm new to eBay and recently purchased a spoiler for a my 92 camero for 180.00 using credit card and seller won't respond to messages and basically refuses to send item or give refund. How can I contact ebay to report this item? I have tried to hit the cancel Button and it says it's no longer able to refund. I can't report item because it says it delivers on the 15th of Aug which is odd because it was never shipped. At this point I'd like to just get my refund and be done with it.
