Seller to issue a prepaid postage for the buyer to return an article
I purchased an item from a seller and asked for a specific size. The listing was for the size I requested but I was sent a much larger size that I cannot wear. I do not want the article because I have no use for it and now the seller wants me to also pay for the shipping to return it which I do not think it's fair since the air was on that person's part and not mine. They do not want to issue a prepaid postage to me through eBay and I do not want to pay the postage to return this because of the expense which would be added to what I've already paid and I may never get reimbursed when I return the item. What should I do at this point since the seller and I are going back and forth on this and we need it resolved.
