Seller to customer tracking

Question

I sold an item and shipped on my own because the site wasn't giving me the option to purchase shipping from Ebay. It was just blanked out and the customer paid a lot of money and was antsy. So, I shipped the item with USPS and gave the customer the particulars, including the tracking number. I believe that I'm supposed to upload the tracking number to Ebay, but there doesn't seem to be an option for that.

That was it. Thank you. I never went to Seller's Hub. It was my first time selling anything on Ebay, if you couldn't tell.

You need to ship any item that totals over $750 with signature required on delivery. Without the signature you will not have tracking proof of delivery. Still add the tracking to the sold item ASAP.
