seller three peaks
Have a problem. Seller on EBAY claims delivery attempts were made but never delivered because the seller had gotten address from EBAY. Ebven though the seller never contacted the buyer about this problem EBAY decides for the seller the buyer gets no refund. What sort of crap is this????????? EBAY SUPPORTS SELLERS NOT BUYERS.

Mentor8 months agoWhat address appears in the order details? That is the address the seller received from eBay.
If the buyer's primary shipping address is not correct, the buyer has the opportunity to change it at checkout, or when placing a bid or making an offer if payment was specified at that time. It is up to the buyer to ensure the address is correct before confirming the order.

Mentor8 months agoAnd the address in the order details matches the primary shipping address?
What does the tracking show?

Mentor8 months agoWhat does the tracking say? Delivered? Or just "attempted"? Sent back to seller?
If tracking shows successful delivery but nothing has been delivered to you, contact the shipping service to determine if the tracking corresponds to a delivery to your address or not. If it was delivered somewhere else, see if you can get that in writing.
If tracking does not show delivery you should have been able to win an "item not received" claim.
