Seller threatening to have my Feedback removed
Bought and paid for an item on a Friday. Was advertised as same-day next day shipping. It did not ship out until the following Tuesday. Had some issues with USPS which is out of the sellers control. Was promised to ship out a replacement because these were hatching eggs and I was worried about viability of the eggs after the miss handling of US PS. Now seller is being rude and snarky, threatening to have my feedback removed and also going back on their word of shipping out replacement eggs. accusing me of threatening them when I said I will leave feedback after attempting to hatch. Which in the past when I buy hatching eggs I leave feedback after the hatch so I can state how successful the hatch rate was to help the sellers business. How should I handle this situation?

In looking at the feedback you leave for others, eBay does not show that you have left any negative feedback in over a year. So if you left this Seller a negative, it was removed. If it was removed, it violated eBay's feedback policies. If you did leave this Seller negative feedback, they have no incentive to work with you any further. Also, ordering same-day, next-day shipping on a Friday is risky in itself.
eBay does have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you did not receive what you ordered, you can open an Item Not As Described case up to 30 days after delivery.
