Seller thought he was getting things in the photo that clearly were not in the description
Summary: g21f-72 described a situation where they listed a C3PO figurine for sale, mentioning it clearly three times in the title and description. However, a buyer assumed they were purchasing both the C3PO and an R2D2 figurine that appeared in the photo. The buyer claims that items in the photo should be included in the sale, disregarding the item description.
If you list one item in the title , in the description , and it's a figurine , and you list the figure.
That's it only listed c3po 3 times but an R2d2 figures was next to it in the picture the buyer says he thought he'd was buying both.
I never once mentioned R2d2 was part of the deal . Ad specifically said c3po 3 times in the title , in the description, in the character name and never once mentioned the other figure in anything that happened to be on the Pic ..
Now he's saying I'm in the wrong and that when you list something it's everything in the photo and the description doesn't matter

Mentor1 week ago@g21f-72 The buyer is correct. You can NOT show any items in the listing photo that are not part of the sale. The description and photos MUST match.
If the buyer is asking for a refund then I strongly recommend you accept the return.
If the buyer files a refund request SAYING that the item is not as described then you need to accept the return and issue the return shipping label.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules your no returns policy. No returns does not mean no refunds.
If you do not accept the return willingly then the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund. You do not get your seller's fees back, you get a defect and the buyer may be allowed to keep the item.
How refunds work>
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
