Seller that is trying to delay the refund.
I placed an order on December 26th, and today the seller responded, stating that he is sick and would issue a refund. Later, I noticed that they marked the package as shipped without a tracking number. Are they trying to delay the refund?

Anyway, look up the estimated delivery date that was shown when you purchased the item on 12/26. You can open an item not received case one day after that date. You have up to 30 days after that date showing to open a case.
On a personal note, I was in the hospital from 12/25 to 1/3. I was nervous during that time whether something on my account was going to be sold and I would be unable to ship or contact the buyer. Emergencies happen to all of us.
