Seller tells me I bought item under value and that I need to buy additional item
"This watch what cost 340 euro you buy for 285 euro. This is under minimum price. I wait, you buy and another... You see our Internet site (if no, please read description of watch, have data)?"
This is a message I have received when I asked for tracking information after the item has been marked as shipped.
I have reported the message since I can't do anything else about this. Is this grounds for requesting a refund through ebay? I'm not sure what to do.
