Seller tell a lied
Ask some question..
How to inform eBay that seller tell a lied. I ordered one item and wait for 1 week tracking number, but seller told me it has shipped. I can not cancel. I wait tracking for 2 weeks then I open case for item not delivery as date informed. And there will be 4 days for receiving. Seller has very bad reason, I ca not trust. I think seller not yet ship the item. The bank will charge from credit. I want to stop any action as soon as possible.

Mentor3 years agoYou already told eBay by opening a case. If the seller doesn't refund within 3 days, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in.
