Seller suspended account
Hi
I got a msg from a seller but with a different account or user telling me
this:
Hello.
I wanted to apologize in advance...My ebay account has been suspended, I have wrote eBay and asked how come my items are still listed if I was suspended and received a very unhelpful reply back from them.It no fair to you or me for them doing this...I'm not sure what I can do to solve this issue,I can not get in to my account to send you the keyboard from ebay and you already payed for it.
I'm open to suggestions on how this can be solved!
I'm so sorry again that this has happened.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you and eBay will force a refund from the seller.

Yes , I was thinking on doing that. The massage from the seller is a little weird. I first thought to send him the shipping address in a message, but then something told me that this is a little weird. The account doesn't look suspended. Thanks for your time.
