Is there anyway to get in touch with someone that can actually help. I have a couple of issues and now everything is completely outsourced offshore and it is completely frustrating to spend an hour with someone who has no basic understanding. Here is one of the issues. My 1099 keeps being reported under my ss#. This has been going on for years and I have been told it has been updated to my EID. An agent didnt understand this and kept telling me to update my EID in my personal settings. I explained several times it is already there and has been there for 7 years. I need to get my 1099 updated. He eventually disconnected because he said her resolved my issue. I am just at a loss for words.
