Seller suggested a return but doesn’t accept them?
I purchased a bag and the date it was supposed to arrive before was today. But just last night I got the tracking update that the post office just received the item. But the seller told me days ago it was already in the mail. It wouldn’t sit at the post office for a week before it got sent out. The issue is now, I called the seller out on the fact they lied to me about when it went out and they asked if they could return my purchase. But the listing said they don’t accept returns for this item. And it’s already on its way to me. How can they return it? Can they cancel the order and it come back to them? What do I do here especially when I paid $12 for shipping to expect it here on a certain day?
