Seller strung me along past the "money back guarantee" period. Am I out of luck?
I had a seller who sent me the wrong product. I contacted them, and they said to return the wrong product, and they will pay for the shipping. I shipped the item back, and they eventually sent the replacement, which was also not what I had originally ordered. Upon contacting them again, they simply just won't respond to resolve this issue.
Is there anything I can do? The seller still has my money, and I still don't have my order nor the $30 in shipping for me to return the incorrect item they sent.

In addition to what @jonathanbrightlight has provided I doubt you will be able to recover the $ 30 you spent in shipping. In the future you can do the following and avoid the issue:
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
You can report a Seller here: Report an issue with a seller | eBay

·11 months agoUnfortunately, if you are past eBay's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee at this point, ebay will no longer be able to assist. You can seek assistance from your credit/debit card or PayPal, depending on how you paid.
