Seller Stopped Responding
Summary: jhawkjb88 purchased a Wolf Range in May 2026, but encountered issues with the oven soon after. A technician diagnosed a problem with the motherboard in July and suggested returning it. Although the seller initially agreed to pick up the faulty product once a replacement was installed, they have since become unresponsive. jhawkjb88 is now unable to reach customer service at eBay for assistance as the item listing is unavailable, and seeks advice on how to proceed.
I purchased a Wolf Range in May 2026. In June 2026 I let the seller know the oven was not working correctly. The seller asked me to schedule a certified Wolf technician to repaid the Oven. The technicial came in July and told me the motherboard/computer in the oven wasn't working correctly and they suggested I return the item. The seller then agreed to come pick up the oven once I was able to get a new one. The new one is now installed but the seller is not responding. I have no way of contacting customer service at ebay. When I try to open a ticket, the item is no longer available. What can I do? The oven didn't work from the start and was suppose to be backed/guaranteed by ebay but I can't get ahold of anyone.

Mentor1 month agoYou only have 30 days from receipt of the item in order to file a returns request for Item Not as Described. You are past that date, so ebay cannot help you. If you paid with a credit card, you can file a chargeback, usually within 180 days from the transaction.
