Seller stole my purchase and billed me??
I was top bidder on an item. As Inmade payment I noticed my address from which I recently moved. I was unanle to change once I made payment. Contacted seller. Ebay policy does not allow shipment to a different address. I have a very valid change of address and mail forwarding order in place. USPS failed to forward, admittedly their mistake. The item was marked RETURN TO SENDER. I was in constant contact with the seller. USPS said to have seller just send it back, unopendd, and it would get forwarded. Done. INSTEAD, the seller first said he didnt get the item. Then he got it, opened it and sold it again before letting me know he was refunding a portion of my money. Said I have to pay shipping costs and his "FEE". Ebay said the eould investigate but it could take 5 days.. MEANWHILE I AM WITHOUT MY MONEY FOR WEEKS. SELLER REFUSED TO REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT. I noticied my bank.. Ebay closed my request. Any thoughts on this?? I feel the seller stole my item when he opened and resold my item . Took sdvantage of a mistake by USPS AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT????

OP3 years agoSorry for typos. I notified my bank and that is the reason ebay closed my request for full refund.
