I purchased a radio but the seller says their was "problems with shipping and a message they had a bad batch". The seller offered me a full refund as an apology. But I responded that I would await and looked forward to the item. I then noticed that the price of the same items had doubled. Is there anything I can do because I understood I had bought into the original price we both agreed on, yet he has several more items of the same to sell
