Seller states ships via FedEx. Then uses other carriers
If I chose seller based on FedEx shipping then they use other shipper that iv had issues receiving pkgs from. They show tracking as delivered but I didn't get parcel. Is there no recourse for me the buyer?

OP2 years agoeBay will not help with refund if tracking shows delivered. If carrier delivers PKG out on street corner not to my door and PKG pirates take it, then what recourse do we have. I chose seller cause they advertised FedEx as shipper who does deliver to my door then seller sends via USPS who does not deliver to my door and PKG is stolen. Then what? Nobody takes responsibility and I'm out the cash. If this is how it will be. Then I'm done with eBay.
