Seller states "as is" & doesn't accept returns. They did not clearly show the extent ofdamage.
What is the best way to proceed, when I purchased an item, but was deceived of how bad the damage was ? When I contacted the seller, she reminded me the listing said "as is". And if I clicked on the picture & blew it up, I could see the damage. I would prefer to keep the item, but it is not worth the price that I paid, for an item listed as NIB.

Mentor3 years agoIf an item is not as described, it can be returned at the seller's expense for a full refund.

The seller's stated return policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
There is no "as is" condition category. If an item is listed as "used" condition, it is assumed to be working. Otherwise it should be listed as "for parts or not working".
