Seller stated before the purchase he would combine the shipping on three items.
He then reduced the shipping and refunded only one shipping. He refused to cancel the order. How do I deal with that.

Mentor2 years agoSellers are not required to combine or reduce shipping. Shipping includes the cost of postage, tape, packing material, etc--all things that have to be purchased by the seller. With the cost of shipping going up at least twice a year, be glad your seller offered a discount.
