Delivery was made on 01/16/2026.
The battery stopped holding a charge and died, less than 4 months later.
I contacted the seller and requested an exhange, but received no response.
Then I downloaded the utility 3utools and discovered that the device is not new.
The motherboard and rear camera had been replaced and the storage expanded.
The storage expansion was done with Hynix TLC, making it counterfeit.
The screen SN is "empty" indicating that device was tampered with.
The battery lifespan is 73%, battery health is "Poor".
I contacted the seller with this information and requested a refund due to their false claims about the device.
No response has been received to date.
I am currently in possession of the merchandise.
