Seller sold to someone else and took my money.

Question

I won bid on 2/16/24 and transferred funds. Not seeing an order shipped by 2/22/24 message I contacted seller. This is the response I got.

from brpow-5149 (2) This item was previously sold. Not available.

@thetur-9 Sorry that you had a bad seller. Ask them to cancel the sale and refund you now.

Let them know if they don't then they will have to refund you when you file a not received refund request.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
