seller sold something to me, claimed they didnt have it, now they have five more up for sale
seller ran an auction, i won, now they claim they dont have it and issued a refund. i look at their auction page and they have five more auctions of what they claim they dont have. using the same stock phots and description so one can assume its the same condition.
who do i talk to at ebay to report their fraud. i have screen shots of what they have done. i have contacted the seller already, but honestly their is simply no honest reason for what they have done. BTW, one of these five listing is new (few hours old) and the item in question are silver coins. silver shot up in price the last few days by 10% so they are rerunning the auction for a better price.
so i want to leverage as large of hammer against these thieves as i can, and am looking for the right contact information for ebay. once i have a response from the seller i will post their name in this posting.

You cannot "name & blame" sellers here, it is a violation.
You can report the seller:
https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"
Then "Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale"
In the details, you can write that they have listed the same item for sale.

OP2 years agothank you, didnt know ebay protected the guilty like that.
interesting note, made screen shots of the five auctions, then contacted seller asking whats up, they deleted the five auctions. then claimed they made a mistake. apparently five or six times. i am growing so weary of the evil and greed in this world.
