Seller sold me a defective product and will not refund me
I have been trying for months to refund on a defective product. Seller has agreed to refund me, but never does. I have screenshots of the conversations, but eBay will not let me upload them

Mentor4 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. You have waited too long for ebay to help you. If you paid with a credit card, contact the issuer regarding a chargeback. You only have 180 days from the transaction to do so.

OP4 months agoFirst time I’ve ever had a problem, but I guess it was bound to happen soon sooner or later.
I will make sure to let everyone know machparts2025 is a thief on Facebook and car forms.
